Just an update from my ongoing NY experience. Oddly enough the metal build I ordered has been in preparation in progress for the last 2 working days, while Mospeada sticks have already been shipped to me on release day. Scratching my head on wth is going on at NY.

LMAO If they responded with those lyrics, I would probably be inclined to give them a 2nd chance haha. Maybe at a rate of 1-2 a week before the paypal coverage ends. I agree partially with Slave IV, that NY probably wants to and will try to fulfill all outstanding orders, but realistically I don't see it happening as with everything occurring it leaves me to believe that there is a supply issue especially with NY issuing refunds in the form of hostage I mean store credit haha.

Oddly enough, it was picked up in shipping. I made sure to order something that would fully cover every cent I dropped into NY. I ended up paying $11 more due to faster shipping. I want my stuff from NY ASAP, as something seems really shady with them lately. Fulfillment issues, and they recently had that "trans logic" sale. My confidence with them is shaky at best. Nope I used every yen. Do what you gotta do man, but at 51,000 yen, yeah I'd want my money back too even if at the cost of my pre-orders. I've already created a mental note, to post it up here, as I am sure they would be confused lol.

Yes, this is what happened to me. I had 25630 yen in store credit, and was trying to buy a 23000 yen item not including shipping, and it would not let me check out stating that the item balance was lower then the voucher; therefore, I could not utilize my credit. In my fury I added a set of 8??? yen VF-25G fastpacks which then totaled over the 25630 yen, and I was able to checkout. Then at checkout I removed the VF-25G fastpacks and thankfully my order went through, but the initial fury at their system limitations and NY's response to my ticket stating that store credit can only be used for new pre-orders and not existing orders had me fuming this morning. I can't wait till May when I will no longer deal with NY.

I currently have 2 Mospeada Sticks on preorder on pay later, and 1 set of VF-31C super parts already paid for. Demand for the Mospeada Sticks seem to higher then the 31A, as every store is sold out on preorders, and the Mospeada Ride Armors are my holy grail toy. I can die happily as a collector once I have it in hand. I had a ride armor as a kid but it broke 4 hours after me buying and playing with it heavily. Hence I'll finish up my business with NY and then say goodbye. I was thinking about using my store credit on a future preorder, but I want to terminate my relationship with NY after the 31C fastpack. If I had known this was how it was going to play out, I would have kept the pre-order on the 31A, pay for and receive my Mospeada Sticks, and 31C FP's, then throw in a Credit Card dispute. In your scenario that's how I would play it. Pay for Stick if they get it in stock , then file a CC dispute if you don't have the 31C FP's on order. LMAO, I'll submit this as a ticket once I get my 31C FP order.

CDJ has been my go to since the start of 2017, they have been really easy in securing VF-31's and Gundam Metal Builds for me. Their listing system is getting a lot better and faster too compared to years prior. I was able to secure 3 31A's from AE, but ordered 1 for a friend, but wanted 3 for myself hence my 1 order with NY. Not mad at NY for them not securing my 31A as I understand things happen, but how they remediated the issue has me fuming, hence me no longer taking my business to them. I'd rather pay higher prices at this point with proxy's then support NY. I did find it odd that CDJ had their listing above 27000 yen during the 31A preorder, I normally don't go AE, but they had the best price/listing time. I knew demand was going to be high for the 31A which is why I preordered ASAP, but I didn't factor in this logistical nightmare.

Kinda wish I took your offer, but now I don't wish NY's bologna on anyone. I opted for the refund, they gave me store credit, and well guess what? you can't use your store credit on existing pre-orders. You can only use your store credit on new orders. Complete NY bologna. NY has had poor Customer Service for this 31A debacle, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, hopefully if my remaining orders get fulfilled I will be done with this store. After a couple of hours of contemplating on the fact that you can't use your store credit on existing preorders, I decide to purchase a Bandai Metal Build Gundam just to recoup my cash in some form, so that I can begin to cut ties with NY. Come to find out you can't use your store credit for an item that is less then store credit SMDH, more NY bologna. I had to trick their system, and add more items to make the price above the store credit, and then remove the additional items in order to make it work. With all the bologna that NY has fed me I'm done with them, and will no longer recommend them to anyone. My new advice would be to stay away from NY.

I put in a ticket with NY on Tuesday, got the same canned response like most people, then countered with the response is being provided to everyone, they then told me they would give me store credit. Ordered my 31A on 10/6 and have to mospeada sticks and the 31c fastpacks on preorder with NY, so I thought about it and decided to take Store credit. Told them Wednesday night that I would take it, and my “voucher” is pending. Wanted my voucher so that I had the time to use it for my stick preorder. I don’t think NY is going to be able to fulfill the remaining 31A orders. I hope they will be so that the rest of you can get your 31a’s as it is a beauty. Gonna have to go AE, CDJ, or proxy in the future. I think if NY was upfront with the issues and didn’t play this waiting game, I would probably have been ok with them unable to deliver as shiz happens, but this poor customer service has left a nasty taste in my mouth.

Oh I'm sure they will do the Crossbones since they teased it, its just too easy of a mold to milk, X1, X2, X3, Build Fighters Full Cloth, and Build fighters Mao, only differences are color, and slight chest remolding, and adding the Cloth to the full cloth version SMDH, and I would buy all 5 lol. As far as the Blue Frame 2nd revise, the weapon pack is very similar and would probably need a couple of parts swapped out. Some parts are similar but some are different, along with the head, and shoulder having to have new parts as well. I've attached a pic where you should be able to spot the differences between the RF Kai, and the BF 2nd R.

Yeah, that could be one possible scenario, I just pray to god that is not the case, but since people are reporting that they are receiving other items they have ordered from NY, I think this may be an isolated incident for the VF-31A.

I'd say passive aggresiveness at most, I haven't read that anyone has actually requested a refund from them directly just yet, but I could have missed it. I've only read that people are ready to file a paypal dispute, it would be best to actually request cancellation and a refund if people are worried. Then file a paypal dispute, as we are not sure what the circumstances with NY's 31A fiasco is currently over. I will say that I am not happy with their customer service, but everything I have paid for in the past has been delivered, and if it could not be they have refunded me my money without me asking; therefore, I am lead to believe that they are either working or waiting on our orders, but most probably waiting on our orders from Bandai, or waiting to get reimbursed by Bandai, those would be the logical explanation for me, but who knows I could be completely wrong and they do us dirty and take all our money, but I'm sure the collecting community won't stand for it and NY would see severe backlash.

I'm hoping we get a Metal Build Infinite Justice someday, I think us getting a metal robot version may be a feeler for Bandai if there would be interest for a MB version. Also scared for the strike, due to it likely tearing my wallet to shreads due to the many different striker packs, and different paint shcemes it has. The Must haves for me would be the aile, perfect, strike rouge ootori, Lucas ver. w/IWSP, strike Noir, and the Akatsuki, with the star build strike being a maybe. I just hope we get a MB of the Astray Blue Frame 2nd Revise, sooner rather then later. -
I don't think you need to worry about this. I think for TWE the items must be paid for when ordered, I would think that NY would probably have to follow the same rules. If anything and NY has to cancel our orders, they would probably have to wait for Bandai to refund them, then NY refund us. NY doesn't have the best CS, and they have some scalper prices sometimes, but they haven't done anyone majorly dirty just yet.

Yeah moving forward I will probably move my TWE purchases to AE or proxy it, unless NY delivers and has a reasonable explanation for this delay. Unfortunately I have to keep quiet with NY due to having 2 Mospeada sticks on preorder, and having paid and preordered for the 31C super parts.

Well to add to the list, I ordered 1 copy from NY on 10/6 @22:58 with payment processed on 10/6 @23:05:13 with Registered SAL shipping to the US. I am also an EXP 5 with NY, so this whole order/ pay first and EXP theory doesn't sound to be holding up. It sounds like they may be going on who paid more for the faster shipping regardless of order date or EXP. On a more positive note, I received my 3 copies from AE today. 2 are mine, and 1 is for a friend, but I do feel a bit of everyone's pain, as I really really want my third copy, or at the very least my money back from NY. I particularly didn't want to wait for NY during the preorder window, as the demand for low vis scheme valks have always been high, and just had a feeling this and if they ever release an Arad 31A, they would probably be the grail valks, like how Michael is for Frontier. But I really do hope NY pulls through, as NY sure is pulling some bologna here.

This was by far the easiest DX to preorder. The preorder madness was not that bad this time around. Wondering if its more supply or less demand. I kinda feel/think it may be less demand. Was able to cart at hobbysearch, Ordered 1 at amiami, 1 at hlj, 1 at CDJ, and could have ordered at NY, but decided not to well because I already ordered 3. Keeping the 3 as well, for naked, super, and armor, along with not wanting my hlj account being banned. Does anyone have any concrete proof on hlj's new cancellation policy?

Their prices for the VF-31J was about $50 more, and shipping was reasonable as you got what you paid for. I don't remember what I paid exactly, but shipping was $40 but I think I got it in 3 business days. After the 31J their prices went sky high, and shipping costs were no longer reasonable. I think they are reputable, as they will get you what you ordered, its just that they have a high cost of entry.

They have to spruce it up to keep new fans enticed. By your current logic, then even the discovery technically looks too advanced for the timeline as well.

MAZINGER Z INFINITY: in theatres January 2018

Everyone has their own methods of collecting, and I'm not knocking how anyone collects. I personally need a connection with things I collect. Just gave my 2 cents on the movie. I was always on the fence with the Mazinger MB, as it doesn't really fit my collection, and the common problem of every collector being space. Kinda wanted it for MB completionist sakes, but again the movie killed Mazinger for me. Delta wasn't that bad, and had its memorable moments. I'd rate Delta as a 4 out of 10, the Mazinger movie would drop into the negatives. Literally one of the worst movies I have ever seen in my life, and I consider myself to be a movie buff. Yeah that was a tough movie to stay awake in. I had to fight the Z monster in the 3rd qtr of the movie. The movie felt like it was 4 episodes that played back to back with the intros and ending themes cut. The sound was off a bit too, the characters voices were all too loud, it sounded like they were yelling at the top of their lungs the whole movie, but that could have been attributed to the theater. I thought the Mazinger body missile scenes would be more dramatic a la the Metal build promo pics, but nope.- 66 replies

By god, this was a horrible movie, I watched it for free in theaters, but even watching it for free I felt like it was a rip off, as it stole 2 hours from my life. Glad I didn't buy the MB either, as the movie killed Mazinger for me.- 66 replies

Disregard the wings, and look at the head, I can't be certain, but the face looks like it has a mono eye and not a visor, hence why I think it may be a 31A? Hoping someone has, or can post a better picture of that left page. I wouldn't doubt Bandai pulling a fast one, as it would allow them to sell another Hayate Valk.
