    On Xbox 360, I would. Other than that, nope. Here's an idea: Just bring the show back, already. The entire cast would totally drop everything they're doing and take a huge pay cut.

    Oh, FFS... Even though the official pics look a ton better, this quote alone illustrates how little Hasbro's bean-counters understand the Classics line. Maybe the idea is to take a potentially good combiner and kneecap it because they know 3rd party companies will create figures to replace the components Hasbro screwed up. Onslaught comes to mind.

    Here's a group shot of some recent purchases. That Rodimus wall plate has me seriously tempted to steal my own idea and paint the entire room Ark orange...panel lines and all.

    Looks like incomplete CGI. The off-screen transformations were also insultingly obvious cheats. And the new organic look for many of their faces was distracting. True, the Autobots finally got personalities, but did they all have to be testosterone-fueled buffoons? Good call on which characters would have fit better. Springer (G1's poster boy for rampaging heterosexuality) as the "macho one" would have sufficed, rather than have them all behave like "badass" manly caricatures. I gave myself a few days before deciding whether I liked it or not. A few years ago, I walked out of ROTF thinking it was OK. But the more I thought about it, the worse my opinion of it became.This time around, I let AoE marinate for awhile. Bottom line: Too long, too loud, too dumb.

    All things considered, Nolan could've made Batman heave a Havana in the batsuit and nobody would hold it against him because he said "trilogy" and meant it. Besides, I liked his Bat-flicks, plot-holes and all.

    Surprisingly, that looks to be the going rate these days. Could be increased nostalgia/demand due to the movie.

    You mean Commemorative Series? Comic Edition? Loose? MISB? The 25th Anniversary Comic version from a few years back was about $60-$70 retail.
