  1. Thanks Tachikoma81, it is great photos to have the 1/48 and 1/60 together. Overall, I still think the 1/48 looks better. But still no version can come close to what it is suppose to be looks like...
  2. Wow, that is damn cool. Can't wait to see you finish the paint job! Well done.
  3. HLJ had them 'early bird' order a little while ago... it is a limited run. HLJ site should accept new pre-order on 31 Dec. http://www.hlj.com/product/ALA26005
  4. It seems this model has more details than we know, but somehow can't come through well from 'normal' photos... Hope to see some more "close up" shots... And wonder if anyone who has it actually paint it or do some touch up such as pannel lines.
  5. Looks great. congrat. Thx for sharing the photos. Still wish Yamato will give us more (1/48 DYRL style) hand sets... I am not sure which version I perfer at the moment.
  6. Those TV style hands look a little disappointed.
  7. The "Skull" is new and different.
  8. Some better photos from here: http://artstorm.co.jp/exgokin_gatchaman_me...ction_aset.html http://artstorm.co.jp/exgokin_gatchaman_me...ction_bset.html They are not from Bandai. They combine in the show, but not these toys. They are also VERY damn expensive too.
  9. Well say about "one unique hero robot in each series". But Gaiking is no where near 'gay'...with or without 'Dragon'.
  10. I don't have any hottoys 1/6 stuff, but War Machine could be my first. If the movie is good!
  11. That would be GX-05 if this is the one you are looking for... http://www.robot-japan.com/Gallery/Bandai/...DAIKU-MARYU.asp (I am also hoping to get one sometime next year!)
  12. You should get the gx27 Gaiking too. It is another SOC classic 70s robot!
  13. Waiting for mine too, hopefully get it before New Year.
  14. One member in Toysdaily posts some photos. More pics, check here: http://www.toysdaily.com/discuz/viewthread...;extra=page%3D1 looks nice.
  15. Just saw it in the morning with 3D. It is not a bad movie, I enjoy it, but it is too long and story can get a little boring in the middle. Creating a complete new (Alien) culture is not a easy task. It is the reason why it is not a great movie. I still don't like the Mech design. While most of the CG is very good, some place/scene in world are too colorful, it break the reality... It is simply "Dance With Wolves plus Aliens in 3D made by Disney!"
  16. It looks better than VF25. Bandai has improved this from VF25.
  17. Side cover for the battroid mode, better hands and more tampo print. Can I have a clear cockpit glass please? I don't like the 'rainbow' layers! After seeing what an amazing job Yamato did for the 1/24 Patlabour box graphic. Most of the Macross box art really look pretty rubbish, better box art please!

  20. yes, it is a great toy. Very good looking and details. Here is a japanese site with very good pics, if anyone interested in. http://2nd.geocities.jp/lifezoids2/GFF-1003.htm
  21. Amazon.com (US) don't ship certain items outside US. That inculde 'toys', sadly. (However I have seen sellers do. And if they do, they uaually more expensive and have some high shipping cost)

    Graham's Sig

And Wave is going to release a 1/100 Monster MKii model-kit, Bandai will release a (small) MF konig monster...... Will Yamato re-consider a 1/60 Monster MKii toy again?
