  1. Hmm whats the pricing on these? There was a discussion sometime back on whether it was worth it to get GNU-DOUs for about 40 dollars apiece when a 1/60 VF-1 was only slightly more than twice the price but had 3 different modes, more accessories, and was larger.
  2. Wow it looks great! OD all the way!
  3. Do you mind posting the Model Graphix pages that show how the landing gear mod is done? Pretty please with a cherry on top?
  4. That really reminds me of the Battletech re-seen designs.
  5. OMG! NEED.BIGGER.PICS.!!
  6. Joy! Thanks alot Gubaba... It doesn't seem like there is alot of interest in the files though, theres now 8 seeders and only 1 leecher?
  7. After so many years I'm not sure if Hasegawa will bother with the VF-11B anymore. They might if 1/60 VF-11B sales do really well I guess.
  8. My groin peg is fine, and while my left shoulder is a little tight and the right shoulder a little loose, they can still hold their positions. There is some minor paint rubbing, especially on the back plate for my VF-25F, but otherwise fine. No broken screws for me!
  9. I'd rather they focus on the 1/60 line, seeing as to how they already have so much invested in it. The 1/48 line was only for VF-1s, afterall, and the 1/60 already far surpasses that.
  10. Overall, we've had, what, 4 reports of broken screws, 3 25Fs and 1 25S on this forum. Compare this against the poll where 20% (thats 37 people in hard numbers) of VF-1v2 buyers had broken parts, I'd say thats pretty good. Not to mention the 4 or 5 posts in that poll where people who previously voted perfect now had broken shoulders. We've also had no reports of the VF-25 shoulders being broken in the box, which, given the ultra tight left shoulder ball joint on some toys, could mean that some of them were just forcing the part too much causing failure. I'd say mountains out of molehills is the correct analogy.
  11. Well, its a whole 'variety' of VF-1 re-colors. After a certain point people are just going to get tired of it. I'd agree if they were releasing say, a few different valks even if they are all re-colours, say 2 VF-1 re-colours, a YF-19 re-colour, VF-0 and SV-51 All that VF re-colour, for example. But 5 seperate re-colours of the VF-1 released all in the same month? That's just abit much in my opinion. Of course, I could just be less of a VF-1 fanatic than most people around here.
  12. Well, there are 14 leechers (including me) and 0 seeds now. We need seeds!
  13. Graham has mentioned that the VF-4 is on the to-do list for Yamato, just not at the top, so I'd assume, yes, they have the rights to make it.
  14. rofl. I think its just Engrish in the Episode as well.. we might get confirmation if it is redrawn in the DVD/BR release.
  15. Nice! How are the shoulders on your VF-1J v2?
  16. Wow... thats really saturating the market. I wonder why Yamato is doing this? Spreading out the releases would probably increase the total number of purchases?
  17. That's the way its supposed to be
  18. It was bound to happen, given that the VF-25S and F were made of all the same parts except the head.
  19. Looks good! The VF-25S is a clear improvement over the DX toy, with the sensor bumps and better head sculpt.
  20. Yamato should be able to do the VF-22 from the VF-X2 License?
  21. Amazing VF-22! Now if Yamato would just come up with a 1/60...
  22. Looks from the back of the Gerwalk mode that the crotch piece armour will have to be removed for transformation to fighter mode.
  23. Might just be a prototype pic so the final version should be better. The 1/72 was ok in that respect so I'd expect the 1/60 to be the same, if not better.
  24. No one is at fault here. Wishing that they would release a 1/60 model kit doesn't mean that they were wrong for releasing the 1/72-- thats like saying that the PG Strike Gundam means theres no reason for getting the MG Strike Gundam. Anyway, Yamato tried with the 1/72s and found the scale too small, which is why they moved to 1/60 in the first place. Dark Reaper: At least the DX is durable, unlike the old 1/72s, and doesn't have weird parts sticking out like the old 1/72 VF-11B.
  25. Hehehe... now you know what skin tight really means...
