  1. Sorry for the confusing. That's what I mean. To me it is easier to observe that the plastic margin left is now thicker, than the pin diameter is smaller in the picture (flash light effect and the like). And the pin actually looks smaller too in person when I compare them side to side.
  2. I just took one more when I shot the shoulders:
  3. I have to amend my claim: Previous me bad, I was only looking at them one by one. And it didn't look different to me. Then I was trying to shoot a comparsion of the shoulders for your guys, so I put them (Focker and Max 1S) side by side. Then I think there is a quite obvious difference of white parts in the diameter if you look at it from the top! Excuse me for my clumsy English; in short, the pin seems to be smaller! Edit: I'd better leave it to your own decision. Pic uploaded.
  4. I just checked... But by mere observation, I don't notice any significant difference between the new 1S/1A with the Focker 1S. We are talking about the shoulder pin of the flipping part, right?

    Graham's Sig

I think Graham didn't refer to one model only; so I guess he refers to a line. So I guessed M7!
  6. I don't think they have the license to make a SMS custom. We should hope Yamato would re-issue it, and some people would produce the decal to apply. Think I've heard that there is pressure on Yamato not to issue VB-6...?
  7. I have a strange affection towards the Ozma valk too. I may most probably buy it at HK$2XX.
  8. Thanks to Graham for the clarifications and 1st-hand news! P.S. Reactive Armor, Spartan, M&M VF-22S.
  9. Thanks! That's why I never notice them, maybe. On the other hand, there were so immensely many VF-11C got shot-down in M7 that I feel sorry for them.

I think it was a "yes" for Bandai back 12 years ago. The M7 market isn't a mass market which Bandai is interested. But Yamato used to aim at a niche market, so M7 toys may be profitable enough already. P.S. I took it from Graham's message that VF-0D is already confirmed. So I did not consider it an answer candidate for his riddle.
  11. Thanks! Maybe its boosters were blasted away 2 seconds ago.
  12. Single head laser; you mean the VF-25G head? Or it's a totally different head design? So it's the standard CF paint scheme. Shouldn't someone refuse to get on the valk when the color is brownish like that? Thanks!
  13. Darn! I don't even know there is a VF-25 CF! What does it look like?

A wind of change should mean something not VF-1 anymore, I suppose... The second coming... It can be a version 2 of something existing, or simply Macross 2. I'll vote for the former one; and then - it won't be M0, because it's relateively new; - it won't be M1 and DYRL; - it won't be M+, again it is new; - it won't be MF, we all know Bandai. Then it has to be M7! Bandai isn't doing anything major (besides the VF100 series) with the license, they might not mind Yamato fanning the Macross flame together. MF movie, and then MF OVA, it would help the marketing if the market has more Macross merchandizes. More importantly, we just saw the VF-22S lately!
  15. The peace of mind? The 001 mark on the wing?
  16. Frankly, I prefer Max 1S' heatshield to remain blue too. Oh well. I have my swapped-head (and wing) 1/48 Max VF-1S having a blue one, so I am fine with the variety. For comparison purpose, here is a pic for the 1/48 1S and TV 1A:
  17. Hmm... Being one who never has the shoulder problem (touch wood), I haven't paid attention to it last night. Will check tonite.
  18. You got me. Sheryl leaned against the wall, Ranka got her foot on a blu-tac.
  19. Yikes! I need the Spartan! It's unfair that I've gotten 3 Destroids units already (with the knowledge that Phalanx is on the way), and then Spartan won't be out. Don't be that cheap, Yamato!
  20. If I remember correctly, Bandai would send out the replacements by late April.
  21. Yamato has VF-1s, VF-0s, VF-11, YF-19 and YF-21. So it's VF-0 next round! Repaints? Not VF-0D? Not Reactive Armor?
  22. It's difficult to decide. I played a lot with the VF-1S, so I didn't have time to shoot the VF-1A. And then when I picked up the 1A, I cannot resist to take a few for the 1A too. I'll probably say... I really like the blue and white on the 1A.
  23. Picked up today!
