P.S. I hope this's M7, not just M7D. P.P.S. I like some of the mechas in M7, but not many of them. I don't have to be crazy like in the case of SDF/DYRL/MF. Yay!

BTW, it's not a completed toy, it's a model kit. I just read more carefully... So you need to assemble and paint it yourself. It means pass for me! I am horrible in model making.

Are the Bandai ones also 1/8? IMHO: For Ranka... I like the Banpresto one better. The Megahouse Sheryl face is better than the Banpresto one. I need to see the colored version for the Bandai ones.

That's what I meant... the 19 and 22 are far more popular to casual buyers. The VF-11 is for more hard-core fans (like the MWers). From business perspective, the casual buyers are more important - they are the majority, and we MWers would be interested in almost anything they dump out of the production line. Didn't mean it doesn't look good; personally I passed the YF 21, but tempted to get VF-11B too.

Suddenly I think of something... I wondered why Yamato care for VF-11B, which is not essentially a hot valk, and they need to do the engineering for transformation. The production cost is high too (comparing to a Spartan, which they are reluctant to issue). Of course they can issue some color variations. But it wouldn't be a big hit with "Yamato original" colors I guess, after all it's not a VF-1, 19 or 21/22. M7! According to Mac Mech Manual, there are the Millia 11B, pink 11B, and three other canon variations of 11C. And there's a 11D too. Now that justifies the engr and molding cost! And so while I was considering about getting a VF-11B next week, I am thinking twice. I may get the Millia 11B instead later. (I am a blind follower of M&M) Depends on the price... But it seems that we'll have more variations to choose from.

Frankly speaking, I think it's an advantage that the toy has a broken arm, and there's a bigger reason that they should swap you the new revised version.

I understand what you feel. You purposingly ordered the new version knowing that they have no old stock left... And then they ship you an old stock one week before the new version is out... Probably you should express this to HLJ and see if they would do something. Worth trying.

Give us a Hikaru painting scheme. White with red stripes. Another one with Focker style. Oh hell bring in the M&M colors. I'll buy them all!

I believe it's not the revised version? Are the holes on the back different from that of your 25G? AFAIK (from Yahoo auction JP), the re-issue VF-25F doesn't seem to be out yet... Thanks!

Defender Khaki Green is due next week. I used to plan to collect the original and alternative colors of the Destroids; but now knowing that the Spartan may not be coming out, I am thinking about cutting the alternative colors. Also while I think the Tomahawk OD is good, the Defender KG looks too similar in the painting scheme. Previously I plan to get it just because it means something to get all 4 destroids. Now I wonder if I should get it... Argh!
