  1. - It's TV white - The bundled version comes with Hikaru, the valk-only set comes with Focker (which makes sense) - TOTALLY AWESOME!
  2. Yes, the color has been revised (the Tamashii site mentioned this explicitly). I like the darker color (don't have the Tornado myself though). Pics please.
  3. - to kill someone you don't like, paint his fighter brown
  4. Yes, I have one. A part-former doesn't bug me; but filling the leg holes with small parts does. Along with different red shades... I am not really excited about the toy. Personally I like the Yamato YF-19 better (it's not perfect either, but it's fine for me); just personal preference.
  5. True that many would regard them the same (but to some of us they are different). But as Yamato would re-issue the DYRL Focker anyways (that that is THE SAME), why not spend a little (box art and minimal paint adjustment) and sell more than just another round of DYRL Focker? I think this is a more valid argument than seeing TV Roy as a totally "new" model.
  6. I agree with jenius. If Yamato would re-release the DYRL Focker again, it would only sell better if they release a TV one. - If people think they are the same, they will get this one instead of the DYRL. (no need to re-release DYRL version) - If people think they are different (THEY ARE DIFFERENT!), some people like me would get a second one. What's involved for Yamato? A new box art, and very minor re-configuration on paints.
  7. I believe Yamato is doing a VF-19 Fire valk. I believe Yamato will recycle the mold to come up with VF-19S/F. I believe I am going to hold my breath till then. P.S. I am not impressed with the Bye-Metal Fire Valk... P.P.S. I do not hate Bandai, although I just bad-mouthed the DX and Bye-Metal series. I am a big fan of their SHF and Robot Spirit lines.
  8. I very agree with the improvements... But I would prefer it to be slenderer. Just personal taste (also cannot accept the chunkies in the 80s myself!).
  9. Stop trolling please...
  10. That's the most precise description.
  11. That should be a fold booster.
  12. Just personal view; I still do not like the battroid mode, although there are already improvements over the VF-25.
  13. Given the size, the best bet would be a Robot Spirit sized Vajra. Damashii limited most probably...

    1/60 Decals HELP

I have several of this and I think they are pretty nice: http://www.ibuyxyz.com/items/toys/action-f...0vf1-detail.htm
  17. You just compared to the smallest VF-1. Try to compare to 1/60 VF-0, YF-19... Then the VF-25s look small.
  18. My Hikaru 1A twitched when I changed its shoulders. And then what. Look at manly Focker!
  19. Thanks for the tips! I don't remember what exactly is the problem now (haven't transformed it for months), but it sounds like it would solve my problem.
  20. I agree too. Besides the VF-22/YF-21, I think the transformations are generally ok. Oh the VF-0 series too... I find the shoulders too difficult (tight?) to work on during trans.
  21. To be specific... Stickers...
  22. Dear Graham, I have over 30 1/60 VF-1 valks and frankly I am still uncomfortable whether a crack will develope on one of them next week. I am wonder Yamato will ever sell replacement parts for the shoulders (980 yen for 6, say)? I don't mind to pay for extras, but I hate to have broken arms for my beautiful valks. Let's face it that it's a common problem... The new hinges are much better, but I expect some strong-grip MWer can still break it by accident. P.S. I've tried to order from OD two arms for my VF-0A who has both arms exploded... They don't do it anymore right?
