Yeap... So we can put in Focker without the Super Parts, and swap in Hikaru with them. I know the absence of Focker in the Super bundle has turned off quite a few people. Especially most of us already have already got the Super parts. A link to share: http://www.toysdaily.com/discuz/thread-131534-1-1.html

I wonder how well the Super Set will sell... They should have include both pilots!
-
The Super set comes with only Hikaru..
-
What's there to review? We've seen enough 1/60 VF-1. This time, it is the classic TV Focker. Get it now!!!!
-
By the way, regarding the packing, the bottom of the inner tray has a skull printed on it.
-
It's just the lighting. It's Focker gray!
-
I am interested! As long as I can afford it...

Borrowed from TD: http://www.toysdaily.com/discuz/thread-802-2847-1.html

The TV Focker is already out!

Just flop around... Even before you pick up the toy. Another member TD reports the same problem... On the same wing (left wing). I think you can transform without swapping the canopy... (at office now! can't really check) But no, you can't keep the gun hand in. The gun-holding hand is molded with the gun hilt, so it won't fit.
-
The retractable hands are closed fists that can hold nothing. For the gun holding hand, it actually molds with the hilt of the gun. I am not sure what do you mean by "necessary" to change the heat shield... You mean you want to expose the cockpit in battroid? I suppose you can... To Monster: A comparison against Revy Alien (I love this guy) and 1/60 VF-1S: I shake like hell when shooting one-handed. And my hands are smaller than average people, mind you.
-
There is enough friction to hold the missiles. It would take some time to waear it out. Sorry that I have packed my VF-19... I've just measured it from head (skip the head lasers) to toe, and it's 14cm. Hope that helps!
-
It doesn't feel floppy... yet. Only one of the wings is.
-
I wasn't impressed with how plastic it looks when it was out of the box; and wasn't thrilled either when I transformed it to Gerwalk mode. However, as a battroid-mode guy, I am happy with how it looks in B mode. In official pictures, it seemed to me that they are trying to make it look good by shooting in certain angles only. I was wrong. The B mode is better than I've thought. Although, I think it's too expensive. And one of the wings are already too loose to stay in Battroid mode; I used blu-tac. The degree of articulation is shown in the second last pic. Also, in fighter, in the pic above, I think it's a bit crooked? I don't have a fighter mode VF-1 on hand to compare... and I am just too lazy to transform now. And as a HI-METAL product, all the metals are in the feet. And also the backbone thing (as Yamato did). I like it much more than the VF-19, and I am going to buy several more of the VF-1 if Bandai releases them.

In fact... It was mentioned earlier from Yamato that those tampo printings would not be on the newer releases of the GBP, such that you can have an army of GBP valks with proper numbering. You don't want every valk numbered 101, do you? It is a nice thought... If decal is provided instead of stickers. (is it that they only give you a sticker sheet?)

A couple of pages.. http://www.yamato-toys.com/new/release.php?y=2010&m=7 and http://www.yamato-toys.com/items/detail.php?gid=1648 Just 1 day delayed... It's not uncommon for June releases to be issued on June 30.
-
It says July 1 now on the official site.
-
It's got fists and wheels!!! Bandai is sooooooo generous to us!! I don't know. I may be waiting for the Yamato offering instead... I like my 1/60 collection better. Or unless Graham has something to hint otherwise...
-
Thank you for the photos. Amazing. Even if I had the money (which I don't), I won't have the skill to do it right. The SDF has found itself a worthy master!
-
Theoretically you can order 5 per Macross Chronicle copy.
-
As it is web exclusive, the price to overseas buyers would be higher. It becomes on par with the 1/60 Yamato offerings...
-
But isn't it announced already? And the scale says 1/8... It would be to be at least 2m tall.
