  1. how do you change the shipping on amazon jp? seems its only amazonglobal overseas premium?
  2. I think I was thinking of this shot for the rear of the cockpit, it looks more round than squarish.
  3. Oh it was squarish, thanks
  4. Not a big fan of the Legios, but is the back of the cockpit supposed to be squarish like that?
  5. Yup I got it in my cart but got cart jacked. I clicked on the buy button right at 4pm JST. I didn't think Max was so popular. I thought Roy was next after Hikky, but it looks like this line is like Frontier madness. I rage quitted on Frontier cuz so many preorders lasted 2 seconds.
  6. cart jacked at hobbysearch, amiami crashed, hlj please update price, cdjapan carjacked, ny ticket, missed amazon cuz I fell asleep. now markups are redonkulus I don't feed the scalpers Rename the line BS Chogokin (Bandai Scalpers Chogokin)
  7. This preorder is much cooler than yesterday's Max madness. Most peeps were empty handed for Max, but Yellow is an easy preorder, no markups.
  8. Preorder up at Hobbysearch: https://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10605385 Got 1 at BBTS through jenius' link and 1 at Hobbysearch no PREORDER MADNESS of DX max
  9. This. Harmony Gold screwed us. Otherwise Bandai and Arcadia would have markets here.
  10. This. I was talking about a small model company that takes preorder windows that last for months so that they have the number of customer orders and take preorder deposits or full prepaid. so the small company had this problem. They kept the preorder window for months because they told customers when the first batch was full, it would take x minimum number of orders before they could fulfill the next batch. No overproduction and fans are not preorder madness. I think they had a few batches done, but the gap is a long time since they wait until there's enough customers to fill a batch, but it's not years like Bandai takes to reissue the Frontier valks.
  11. yup. lots of money on the table. look at all the disappointed peeps tonight.
  12. the vf 25 took years to reissue, and didn't reissue all variants
  13. scalpers played us
  14. Oh. Yeah. I think the KO companies will cash in, and then the scalpers will be "stuck" with their overpriced items.
  15. That's a good point. Paying up front might not curb the madness, since these stores don't seem to have trouble selling out. Since they're all sold out all the time, Bandai is under selling; they could sell more if they knew what the demand was. There's a smaller model company, that takes preorders for months, but asks for a small deposit non refundable. then they ask for the remainder at release. So, the company knows the exact demand and doesn't waste any extra units that have to be discounted. I think they did a second release for popular items, but jacked up the price a bit, and even made a few extra units for hobby stores, and gave me a bonus item for preordering. That preorder system is stress free, the customers get their product, and the company doesn't have that much risk.
  16. oh. But wouldn't Arcadia just get some of their business from guys like us who couldn't get an order? Also, I've seen that there's a KO of arcadia valk, so such higher scalping prices is just going to have KO companies cash in.
  17. why don't they just put up a preorder window of a few months like some companies do, and take everyone's preorder and Bandai has the exact numbers to manufacture? They'd get more sales, and not lose customers to competing products. I stopped on the vf25 and vf31 cuz of this preorder madness.
  18. Wow yellow looks awesome.
  19. I was expecting a Roy VF-1S. If it's that crazy to get a Max, Fokker is gonna be madness
  20. Hi all, was preordering wolverine and saw the max valk. This seems like vf-25 v2.0 madness, cart jacking everywhere. I got the wolverine samurai he he
  21. Thanks. I thought it was like the Bandai Vader that had a first release bonus stand vs the regular that only had the figure.
  22. this vf1j that had the exclusive first release stand, then is there a regular release without the stand?
  23. thanks!
  24. This. The heavy legs will probably stress the swing bar hinges. For newbies the stress of the weight while transforming the upper body could damage the hinges. Or transform it with its legs supported on a table/surface like the Bandai video, so the weight doesn't stress the swing bar hinges for perfect transformation. the yammies were a lot lighter so the swing bar was perfect transformation, though I found it kind of fiddly. I like the old chunky monkey's swing system for the legs solid and easy for kid play. I don't usually like parts formers, but this Bandai is ok. It's looks detailed, but the size is not as collectible friendly as the 1/60 or HMRs.
  25. Hi, where can I get that chair on top of battroid from?
