Was the second preorder just as bad madness or did you not know about the preorder?

Ny acts like diamond companies. Deliberately hold back quantities to drive up prices. So inevitably there are gonna be blood diamonds aka ko’s. Arcadia already has this problem and I think there are ko of some dx. As a fan, I don’t mind supporting the artists but I don’t like feeding all these parasites. It’s like finding out your diamond ring is a blood diamond.

I don’t feed the scalpers. If we do, it’ll encourage them to scalp some more and none of us will get a preorder.

If that article about Bandai combatting scalpers is accurate, they should do that for Macross. If Bandai can make a second run of Eva in a month for yhe fans they should do it for Macross fans.

cart jacked everywhere. HS amiami AJ doesn't ship CDJ AE HLJ. Got it in the cart. jacked. HLJ actually hit place order button but spinning wheel. preorder frustration

major difference is the DYRL strike has the double shoulder cannon, vs the TV has missile things on the boosters. The arm armor is a little different; the color is different, the insignia is different.

It was ridiculous during preorder madness for Frontier, cartjacking and sites showing up as sold out the instant the preorder starts and web sites crashing. I'm not sure about delta, since I got turned off the dx line. I've handled the dx 1j in person, and it's solid (except for the weird bar). And since peeps said it was easy to get on preorder, I got on Max's preorder only for preorder madness. IF Bandai makes the 1S widely available, that'd be cool.

The frontier dx was so frustrating preorder madness that went away from dx line until HMR brought me back to Macross. Didn't look at the 31 line because of that bs. Peeps said 1j was not madness and good reviews so I went on Max dx and got cartjacked and crashing web sites. Preorder madness. Preorder madness doesn't change.

This. Getting a valk is hard. Peeps are happy just getting a valk. I'll order the parts and missiles later when I get the vf-1s.

Probably the guys that work at Bandai have ties to the scalpers, so they are getting a cut that otherwise Bandai would have earned.

If Bandai saw the huge demand from the valk on TWE, Bandai should increase production numbers and go exclusive for all valks.

Thanks for the reply. I think that's partly why I skip web exclusives - the markup, and they're typically not the main characters - though this time it's Hikaru's famous ride. So I might be buying the strike/super parts and not even have the ride?! They better make more of this valk. That Max 1a ticked me off. Not sure when the preorder date is. Max's was in April for September release, so unless someone knows the date, probably June for November? That's another week or so.

That pose is macrossrific. I haven't ordered web exclusives before. Do you just order off bandai's web page, or go through a proxy, or buy from retailers like NY? I usually just collect the main characters and skip the web exclusive variants.
