    Having kept track of this situation on and off for a while, most of the blame is on Archie Comics' legal department not doing their job while Penders undermined their position and then dragging Sega into it. Also, it all started when Bioware did Sonic Chronicles and there were some strange coincidences in a new character's design compared to Pender's work.

    I was reminded of the Frontier content they had a few years ago when I saw this. http://www.joystiq.com/2014/08/22/playstation-home-turns-off-the-lights-in-japan-this-march/ It might be the beginning of the end for the whole PS Home experiment. It was interesting for a while, but I eventually found a lot of the people online really weird and money sink content and games really shallow.

    I used to be a fan of Ken Pender's work. Now I wonder what the happened for things to end up like this for him. Granted, he brought some of this on himself by almost destroying the comic book he worked for most of his career for money.     All I see are fans who are 29 years too late to be able to accomplish anything but brown nose after yet another official failure. I've seen this too many times to care. They can have the burnt out corpse of a forum they've found a niche for themselves. Maybe they can help revitalize robotechx.com after all the brown nosing that helped destroy the community there. Mods, thank you for the help with the thread and allowing me to indulge over the last month. Whatever you want to do with the tread, I'm okay with it now that it's over. To me, it's all their problem now.
