Looks like the leg covers do work, but the holster itself probably needs to be attached. Hopefully the production images will come out soon so we can really see. Also, is that muzzle flare on his gun?

All Things Video Games Thread: II

I watched my brother finish Portal 2 in under 10 hours. I love the new song. Ending (well, just about the entire game) made me and my brother laugh and groan. I love Valve so much. So damn ecstatic that I'm able to play co-op with my brother with just "one" copy of the game. Me on PS3, brother on PC. A trailer of the game: While I don't play Spiral Knights too often, I second the recommendation. Get friends and play. Some information right off the bat, major activities (like taking Gate elavators into dungeons, crafting, & reviving yourself) run on "Mist Energy" and "Crystal Energy (CE)". You're allotted 100 Mist over the course of a day to do whatever you want, but once that runs out, you need to refill it with a Mist tank or use CE--which can be purchased with in-game currency or real money. Dungeon difficulty is broken up into three tiers. If you want to gain access to tier 2 and higher, you need to craft or buy 2-star equipment to progress into tier 2, and then 4-star equipment for tier 3. There is no character leveling, the only leveling you do is for your weapons, and all of them max out at 10. I think that covers it... Also, interesting trivia for some who don't know: Ian McConville of MacHall and Three Panel Soul fame is one of the lead artists for the game. -

While I don't own them, it's most likely the Eva figmas are unique. Though you can swap out the entire head...

I think Amazon has couple of free apps, I don't know if Angry Birds is still free. What's so great about Angry Birds anyway? -
Revoltech has been fantastic with non-mecha really. Just to name a few--Jack Sparrow, Vash the Stampede, and Professor Layton really look spectacular. Heck, even Woody from Toy Story was (unintentionally) awesome

I think that's the only thing going for it... though I haven't looked at any new updates from the developers. -
It even has Alto's color scheme too.

What the, oh that's lame. Well, at least I found a couple of smaller providers for my area that offer similar to better pricing. -

Yeah, the big screen is the main draw for my dad really. I saw the Amazon deal too, the phone is $50 for existing family plan users unfortunately . Quick question for anyone who knows... if a store offered to upgrade a primary line but you give them a secondary line's number, will Verizon automatically switch that line to primary? -

Saw it, liked it, tis' $150 too much. Not to mention, I heard that AT&T's own U-verse TV service won't contribute to the cap. What's also funny is that their usage meter can be wildly inaccurate too. I just checked mine and the figures from AT&T are gigabytes higher than what my router shows. I'm finally switching to Charter once my contract is over, hopefully they'll still offer unmetered service then... I read about the acquisition too. You always seem to hear AT&T complaining every now and then that their networks are heavily congested, but don't do nilly about it except do price hikes and place limits, and that upgrading is too costly. Then all of a sudden, AT&T throws $39 billion at T-Mobile. As for the phone, I guess I might as well take the plunge... For anyone curious, Dell mobility is the one offering the phone and others. http://mobility.dell.com/template/simpleautocontent.aspx?pageid=8692&r=dellmobility&refcode1=DMS_0323_004_EMAILDROIDX -

Ugh, and to think that I signed up again... at least I'm only paying $15 for the time being. AT&T to Impose DSL, U-Verse Usage Caps Anyway, my dad wants to get a smartphone, he wants it so he can do stock trading while he works. We're on Verizon, and I'm just looking at upgrading his line only (To farting hell with $30 data plans per phone and additional charges for tethering!) So, the Droid X is currently the most appealing. Pretty big screen, don't really need a keyboard, plus it's free with contract. Will look into rooting the phone and other customizations down the line too. Though, any other phone worth mentioning by the way? I still don't feel right bending over for the data plan... -
