I accidently picked up mine by the obi slip and it promptly unrolled and crashed down on the floor, so be careful of the extra heft in the book Almost lost a toe. What exactly is in the other book you got from Amazon? I've not bought that one yet.

Wow! Ordered on the 6th, got the book today. Very large box, very heavy book. Lots and lots of pictures, many I've never seen before. Order this book now and get it by the weekend for some nice reading! YES it has English translations (And Zentradi too LOL) https://www.amazon.co.jp/-/en/gp/product/4797397187 For you game fans, there are entire sections devoted. Some nice nuggets for toy fans too-like a design for an integrated heat shield. Gonna go away now and read more, but order this if you haven't, I think you will be very happy!! S

Wonder if we'll see some more of the "Advanced Valkyrie" Series as well! (VF-3000 is my favorite by far, still surprised no one has attempted a toy of this) Delivery for me says Thursday

Yeah- I had that 'gigantic' white envelope in the middle of the 2 boxes in this pic, so that contaminated my $150 shipping experience. Thinking about it now I bet if I would have shipped them individually I bet I could have saved 50% LOL Buyee doesn't apparently make any attempt to optimize shipping, they just throw everything into a bigger box and let it go as is.

Well you have to remember I am starting from my $400 focker, so if I can get a 2nd one $310 shipped , I'm working towards my own personal DX price normalization.

I only see the option to have "mobile navigation bar" option at the bottom, sorry I can ask the theme creator if this is an option. Would turning it off be an option? (if it is just in the way and you don't use it?) There is a little sliding switch icon at the top that allows you to at least hide it if it gets in the way

No extra protective packaging, box is 3300 grams, or 7.2 pounds. Really curious how this thing is packed. Maybe it was safety packed, then stuffed into a larger box as was mentioned before Will find out in a couple days when I get my $400 focker!

So yesterday I pulled the Riobot Legioss off the shelf (was in soldier/battroid mode) and decided to get it to go into fighter mode. OMG it was a big hot mess of 'how in the heck do I move this to be over there' and 'there to here'. Couldn't remember what position/slot the legs needed to be in for a tight compact fighter mode (I guessed wrong) Now it is back in fighter mode, one side is a little bit droopier than the other(wings). The slightest touch and the arms disengage from their little slots. I enjoy the sculpt, but I sure wish they could dial back the transformation complexity a bit. Or just make the toy larger, as the pieces are so damn small. That could help a little when trying to figure out what goes where. This thing should not be 1/48 scale, in my opinion. Wonder if anything will be improved on the next version.
