    Yep-you can get them all day long on release for 26000-27000 (at least the Hikaru J/S was like that, the max was around 24000), this is just the expected price to get one of these on YJ. I wouldn't worry about it missing the pre-order at all.

    Thanks-so if the axle rotates, why do we have disassemble to fix (vs rotate some more) Just trying to me prepared if it happens to me when mine arrives someday.

    I have to admit I am a little bit confused on the hip joint issue a couple people have posted. Can someone explain what the problem might be again? Watching this video (which is awesome, and made me feel MUCH better about the transformation) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3oEseTafph8 They started with the top(fighter to gerwalk to soldier) and ended with the bottom (soldier to fighter) It doesn't seem to matter the orientation of the slots on the hip axle, so what other part is the possible problem? Thanks!!

    Did someone think the Bandai DX SV 262 was just too easy to transform and we needed to 'up the game' ?? I literally was anxious watching this video seeing all the was needed to get it from one mode to the other, especially at this scale. Every movement revealed another panel to open or slide or unhinge. It is an engineering marvel for sure, but I don't know if I have it in me to tackle this....

    You old timers will remember Ron from G.T.C. (Galactic Trade Commision)? (this old link from 15 years ago http://www.macrossworld.com/macross/models/imai/gtc_main.htm ) Super nice guy, we would talk, not kidding, for hours about the kits...his line was alwas busy (sorry!) Walking down his catalog line by line saying what was in stock and what was gone...and updating your personal copy of the catalog by hand! Hi filled in so many gaps in the collection for me, and sent me these box ends as a surprise gift!! They are some of my most treasured Macross model items!! Oh the good old days...
