    With this many teasers, it kind of feels like the studio lacks confidence in the series and are concerned it'll be overshadowed by other high-profile streaming titles coming out this year.

    Her scenes so far are just filler. It's a shame, really. Genevieve O'Reilly is wasted on this show and on Star Wars in general. If her character actually lived up to the promise of that speech she gives to Tay Kolma about having learned from Palpatine's methods and so on, she'd have been an amazing addition to the story. Instead she's stuck playing the role of the sheltered political idealist who can only clutch her pearls at the prospect of violence from the safety of her (sometimes literal) ivory tower while everyone around her just gets increasingly exasperated by how incredibly out-of-touch she is. Whether it's her own daughter, her friend and banker, or Luthen. This version of Mon Mothma feels like a Star Trek character who wandered into Star Wars by mistake.

    I do admit that's rather annoying but I don't think this series was supposed to air until August, I can't recall though. What does get to me is how the ship interior is pretty much bit by bit a replica of the Nostromo like you can't just do something rather different. Kind of bums me out a little, I don't mean I hate it, it just doesn't interest me all that much.

    I can't think of any series or movie that had this many teasers before the official trailer. Sigh.

    Nah, if they were going that route they'd have to title it something Star Wars: Not Fanwank For Once or Competent Writing: a Rare Star Wars Story. The other Disney+ Star Wars showrunners must be a bit embarrassed by how easily Tony Gilroy et. al. make their work look like high-budget fan films in comparison.

    So far it seems more like the Mothma show just finally had the chance to watch the first three episodes. It’s a rough watch, kinda a mix between a lot of boredom, some Scooby doo antics and some major cringe with just a little bit of cool action fighting for attention at the end. Hopefully the next batch of episodes will be better, but I may not bother with them. I was really disappointed with how bad these first few episodes actually were.

    I recall seeing ROTS twice back during after its release in 2005, regular screen and IMAX though it wasn't meant for IMAX. I enjoyed it but my ex-wife fells asleep during both viewings, lol.

    Congrats! I won't be getting tickets since it's too late to book airplane tickets and hotels without being really expensive. I'm hoping to get one though for the Macross concert in July. I was a bit financially irresponsible late last year and early this year so can't leave on a whim

    Well, was busy working on a work project due Monday, and guess I missed all the preorders. Oh well, at least it wasn't a Valk I was super into.

    I'm sorry to hear that Scopedog: I ran into a similar issue with TF Kingdom and had to get a refund. Later saw no activity on the site, and later yet, it vanished. I wonder if something happened to whoever is running wiseguy hobbies? Just dunno. :(

    Well well... FedEx's delivery date went from Saturday to Tuesday then back to Saturday. So unless they screw something up (which is still a possibility, FedEx SUCKS in my area) I should have Omega Prime in hand this weekend, and hopefully have reviews up early next week for people to read at work. Thinking I'm going to break this one up... I'll review Optimus/Super Optimus, then I'll review Magnus, Bluebolts, and Omega Prime after.

    I got one preordered at HLJ as well, they seem to have stop taking new orders. FOMO again for me, but I am sure I will enjoy it.

    No way I am paying crazy prices for accessories. Hard pass if Bandai decide to make it an exclusive with high price. I am still waiting up for the dx chogokin vf-1 fast pack to go down. I prefer to buy mecha instead
