Is there any difference between the Bandai VF-1J DX Chogokin VF-1J Ichijo Hikaru Store Limited Edition launched last November at Tamashii Store in Tokyo and the old one? Which one should I choose?     fwiw, The Bandai DX VF-19 Kai has the same release-date as the Arcadia 1/3000 SDF-1 reissue. If Arcadia doesn't delay its product, that is. As such, try to plan accordingly (including tariffs and stuff) ...

    I have not seen M7 and don't need this release, but I'm surprised there isn't more complaining about the price. This thing is priced at what I would normally pay for a YF-19 from Amazon Canada. Which is usually around $100 Canadian more than the Japanese retail price. So I expect when it is sold here in Canada it will be $100 more than this price which is getting close to what they charged for the expensive YF-21 here. It is nice to see that it is still available at AE and other sites. But I'm wondering if that's because of the price. Edit: Just checked and the DX YF-19 reissue was 24,000 Yen before tax compared to this one at 30,000 Yen before tax. Now I'm afraid of what they will charge for any new DX VF-1 figures coming out. I also think the neck cover on this one in jet mode looks really bad, Not sure what they were thinking there.

    I'm just using BBTS, the overseas Japanese sites are too much a crap-show at this point. Everything sells out in seconds, the sites run like crap immediately, pass, I'd rather use BBTS anyway, Pile of Loot is great.
