Super Macross Mecha Fun Time Discussion Thread!

Wait... isn't a light second basically: -
As a non comic book guy what is the love for Green Lantern? I mean a superpower of making green stuff is lame as all get out - even Aquaman's talking to fish is better.
-
No problem; I'll look for the other shoulder piece in the meantime. If you do need the parts, I'll just ask for shipping; so many folks here have helped me in the past and I'm trying to "pay it forward" where and when I can.

Super Macross Mecha Fun Time Discussion Thread!

My read of it was that the operator would fly in and settle on some space debris like how Michel does, and settle in to watch a point in space for a period of time? I guess if you wanted to shoot a VVIP coming into dock and you had a couple weeks to set up. Some silly spy nonsense like that, I would say. I sorta read Supernova as being partly about suppressing dissent, to be honest. This was the ramp-up to the VF-X2 events, and there was skullduggery afoot. Maybe that's just me being too deep into technothrillers though. -
That isn't a way I ever considered installing the armor

Sounds like they would have been better doing a third season of Star Trek Prodigy instead. Heck, they could have done it live-action too, with the cadets on the second Protostar continuing the Federations explorations after the attack on Utopia Planetia.

Though I hadn't seen Scott Pilgrim that is what some people are comparing the film style of the new Street Fighter movie to. If it has good reviews then I'll see it. -
I donāt know too much about him. All I know is that when a movie company says theyāre basing something off a storyline from a beloved run or graphic novel from a comic, they rarely end up being as good as that. I do still think thereās always a chance this movie might be good, but the trailer is definitely not showing it. But as Iāve said, if I do end up hearing itās really good, I might check it out, but probably still gonna wait for streaming. I donāt know that I ever really cared for Supergirl, so maybe thatās another reason Iām not too excited about her.

Definitely more stylized. Thereās no way an Asian lady is getting those famous Chun Li thighs without some kinda surgery -

Its 2025.... where are you in the macross universe
TehPW replied to SpacePirateNeko's topic in Movies and TV Series
Probably still looking for that 5/8" Deep-well Socket (3/8" drive), per the missing tool report I had to write up for QA on Prometheus, back in 2009... ten minutes before the ship turned into two ships... -
Whats Lying on your Workbench MK IV

Shape is mostly done, itās the inner backplate that needs some adjustment. The part should be tapered at the back. Right now itās a bit THICC. -
Looking good! Whatās the new profile for the calves going to look like.

The details of all those FSS kits are just so beautiful to see in process and finished. Of all the kits my favorite is still the Emerald Jagd Mirage with its long twin spires. āā On another note, the gunpod sits well in fighter mode. And the reduced intake shrouds rest in the perfect place. Calves still need to be finished and the inner backplate needs to be addressed. But all said, itās looking good.
