    Knew the reveal and trailer was today, but surprise, surprise, full release is OUT TODAY! Hot damn, I'm downloading this the second I get home, what a nice surprise, loved Oblivion.

    Really tempted by this one since my Yamarcadia is in perma batroid mode with the sound booster open in all its glory since like ever. Even wouldn't need a sound booster since it only shines in batroid mode. Although a really really nice add on would be the boosters ands fast packs a la VF-1 that were shown once in the anime. Along with a couple of custom pilot figs.

    He turned on Kylo Ren by the third movie. He wasn't a spy or a good guy all along. Typical Imperial/Sith backstabbing.

    It’s one of the oddest recent releases from Bandai. Basically a brand new kit to have the feel and look of the very first kit

    Just that the comment was about villains in the sequel trilogy and hux turned out to be a spy for the good guys due to stupid writing.

    @MechTech Yeah that revival kit is in the entry grade series and part of their 45th anniversary. It’s priced right too at around $10. The design has been completely reworked while the proportions and basic appearance have remained the same. The seam line placement was thought out so they aren’t visibale from the front along with many other QOL improvements over the original. A very fun 20 minute build while on the couch. Just need to give it a proper paint job or maybe something wild? Now onto your project. Wow!!! That is some outstanding work. This is why I love creeping around this forum. You and many others are flexing your amazing skills and it’s so inspiring. Thanks so much for sharing. @Urashiman the test print looks great!

    @Papa Rat Revival? That looks like the original mold (which they are still popping out of after 40 years). I've see a couple of Bandai tour vids and they love to show that off. @nightmareB4macross The photo of the legs with all the guts reminds me of the original line art showing the internal components. @Urashiman That's not bad for a test - or a cheap airbrush! The original cannon has very limited detail on it. So I added lots more. Besides cutting out the vents in the side (from last week's post), I added bolt heads to all the empty sockets that they molded in. Kinda weird they did that. I scribed some details and added lots of other bits to it including various vents. There were so many changes, I circled them all. If not for you guys, then for my records to remember what the heck I did. Then I custom made the round plate(s) on the mill. I thought it was a nice touch to an empty space after doing some test fits. Both sides have the same details. Thanks for checking in! - MT

    I had white color left over in my airbrush, so I drenched the VF-9 test print in it (after a shoddy priming). hahaha it looks horrible.

    I feel like making Magnus work more like Powermaster Prime, with a truck-lump core, is a better compromise than just throwing an Albino Prime out there because engineering is hard and repaints are cheap. Minimus Ambus isn't Ultra Magnus. I guess we'll see how TakaraTomy feels about it.

    Unfortunately it wasn’t for season one. Hopefully this season will be just as god if not better and actually gain a major viewership this time around
