Yamato have informed me yesterday that they are aware that fans are still not happy with the size of the VF-11B's tail fins as shown on the pictures of the VF-11B on Yamato's website.

Because of this fan dissatisfaction, Yamato are continuing to work to make the tail fins extend more outwards. This will be done by firstly modifying the position of the tail fin's internal stop and secondly by possibly enlarging the tail fins slightly.

Luckily this improvement work should not effect the release date in Japan which is still scheduled for April 2001.
